1. Introduction

This specification applies to the construction, installation, and maintenance of traffic monitoring systems in Hainan Province.

2. General Requirements

2.1 The traffic monitoring system should adopt an advanced and reliable technology system, and its performance should meet the requirements of traffic management and safety.

2.2 The traffic monitoring system should be integrated with the existing traffic management system, and the data should be shared and exchanged.

2.3 The traffic monitoring system should be open and scalable, and it should be able to be expanded and upgraded according to the needs of traffic management.
