How to Set Up Monitoring in WHMCS82

WHMCS (Web Host Manager Complete Solution) is a popular billing and automation software used by web hosting companies. It allows you to manage your customers, invoices, domains, and other aspects of your hosting business. WHMCS also has a built-in monitoring system that you can use to monitor your servers and websites.

To set up monitoring in WHMCS, you will need to first install the WHMCS Monitoring addon. Once the addon is installed, you can configure the monitoring settings by going to Setup > General Settings > Monitoring.

On the Monitoring settings page, you will need to specify the following information:
Monitoring Interval: This is the frequency at which WHMCS will check the status of your servers and websites.
Monitoring Methods: This is the method that WHMCS will use to check the status of your servers and websites. You can choose from the following methods:

HTTP: This method checks the HTTP status code of your website.

Monitoring Type: This is the type of monitoring that you want to perform on the website. You can choose from the following types:

HTTP
PING

Once you have added the servers and websites that you want to monitor, you can view the status of your monitoring by going to Setup > Monitoring.
