When you right-click on a file, folder, or other object in Windows, a context menu appears. This menu offers a variety of options that you can use to perform actions on the selected item. However, if you find that the context menu is too large or too small, or if you want to add or remove certain options from the menu, you can adjust its settings.

How to Open the Context Menu Settings
Click the Start button and select Settings.
In the Settings window, click Devices.
In the Devices window, click Mouse.
In the Mouse window, scroll down to the Related settings section and click the Additional mouse settings link.
In the Mouse Properties window, click the Buttons tab.
In the Buttons tab, you will see a section called Context menu.

How to Adjust the Size of the Context Menu

To adjust the size of the context menu, use the Number of items to display in Jump Lists slider. You can choose to display anywhere from 1 to 60 items in the menu.

How to Add or Remove Options from the Context Menu

To add or remove options from the context menu, click the Customize button. This will open the Customize Context Menu dialog box.

In the Customize Context Menu dialog box, you will see a list of all the options that can be added to or removed from the context menu. To add an option to the menu, select the option and click the Add button. To remove an option from the menu, select the option and click the Remove button.

Once you have made your changes, click the OK button to save your settings.

Other Context Menu Settings

In addition to the settings described above, there are a few other context menu settings that you can adjust:
Show recently used files in Jump Lists: This setting controls whether or not recently used files are shown in the Jump Lists that appear when you right-click on the Start button or on a program icon in the taskbar.
Show pinned items in Jump Lists: This setting controls whether or not pinned items are shown in the Jump Lists that appear when you right-click on the Start button or on a program icon in the taskbar.
Show frequent folders in Jump Lists: This setting controls whether or not frequent folders are shown in the Jump Lists that appear when you right-click on the Start button or on a program icon in the taskbar.

You can adjust these settings by selecting the appropriate option in the Context Menu section of the Mouse Properties window.
