Welcome to the Swift Surveillance Installation Guide. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to install and configure your Swift surveillance system. Please read the entire guide carefully before beginning the installation process.
Step 1: Prepare Your Equipment
Before you begin the installation, please ensure that you have all of the necessary equipment. You will need:
Swift surveillance cameras
Swift surveillance recorder
Ethernet cables
Power cables
Screwdriver
Drill (for mounting cameras)
Step 2: Install the Recorder
The first step is to install the surveillance recorder. The recorder is the central component of the system, and it will be responsible for storing and managing the video footage from the cameras. To install the recorder:
Choose a location for the recorder. The location should be dry, well-ventilated, and out of direct sunlight.
Connect the power cable to the recorder and plug it into a power outlet.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the recorder and plug it into your network.
Step 3: Install the Cameras
Once the recorder is installed, you can begin installing the cameras. The cameras can be mounted on walls or ceilings, depending on your preference. To install a camera:
Choose a location for the camera. The location should provide a clear view of the area you want to monitor.
Drill a hole in the wall or ceiling for the camera's mounting bracket.
Attach the mounting bracket to the wall or ceiling.

Open the web interface of the recorder.
