Introduction

Hikvision is a leading global provider of video surveillance products and solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Hikvision has established itself as a trusted brand in the security industry. This sample contract outlines the terms and conditions for the procurement of Hikvision surveillance equipment.

Equipment Specifications

The Purchaser shall procure the following Hikvision surveillance equipment:
Cameras: Model IP66, resolution 4MP, vandal-resistant, with built-in infrared
Digital Video Recorders (DVRs): Model DS-7608NI-K2, 8 channels, 1080p resolution, with H.264+ compression
Network Video Recorders (NVRs): Model DS-7716NI-K4, 16 channels, 4K resolution, with H.264+ compression
Video Management Software (VMS): Model iVMS-4200, Windows-based, with support for multiple cameras and recorders

Pricing and Payment

The unit prices for the equipment are as follows:
Cameras: $150 per unit
DVRs: $300 per unit
NVRs: $500 per unit
VMS: $100 per license

Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Delivery and Installation

The Seller shall deliver the equipment to the Purchaser's designated address within 14 days of order placement. The Seller shall also provide installation services at an additional cost of $100 per hour.

Warranty

All Hikvision surveillance equipment purchased under this contract is covered by a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and excludes damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Maintenance and Support

The Seller shall provide maintenance and support services for the equipment for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. Maintenance services include regular inspections, cleaning, and software updates. Support services include technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Termination

This contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchaser shall be responsible for paying for any equipment that has been delivered and installed.

Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Entire Agreement

This contract represents the entire agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and representations.
